Due to the medical nature of the MEDIballs Secret device, we cannot offer a return option for change of mind/preference or if an order is placed by mistake. Please consider carefully if the product is right for you before making a purchase.
Menstrual Cup
Please choose your menstrual cup carefully. Menstrual cups may not be exchanged or refunded if the incorrect size has been selected or misused as this poses a potential hygiene risk. Menstrual cups are classified as medical devices that may have been contact with bodily fluids and may be contaminated with pathogens. As such they cannot be exchanged, regardless of the claim that they may not have been used or remain in a sealed box.

Consumer Guarantee
If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations, which may include refunding the purchase price, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable timeframe with proof of purchase (excluding products of a medical nature, i.e. MEDIballs Secret, Female Sanitary Items). Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition suitable for resale. Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
