Pelvic Floor Fit Advanced Program
LEGS UP POSE
Sit on the floor with one side of your body slightly touching the wall.
Lift your legs up against wall and slowly lower back and head to floor, keeping legs straight.
Allow hands to fall out to sides, palms facing up. Close eyes and breathe deeply, relaxing into pose.
Hold for 60 seconds
LEG AND BUTT RAISE
Lie flat on your back and bring your legs together.
Using the support of your hand lift you’re legs, lower back and butt off the ground.
Use your hands as support by placing them at the back of you’re lower back to keep you up right.
Hold for 30 seconds and repeat.
