Pelvic Floor Fit Advanced Program 

LEGS UP POSE

  • Sit on the floor with one side of your body slightly touching the wall.
  • Lift your legs up against wall and slowly lower back and head to floor, keeping legs straight.
  • Allow hands to fall out to sides, palms facing up. Close eyes and breathe deeply, relaxing into pose.
  • Hold for 60 seconds 


LEG AND BUTT RAISE 

  • Lie flat on your back and bring your legs together.
  • Using the support of your hand lift you’re legs, lower back and butt off the ground.
  • Use your hands as support by placing them at the back of you’re lower back to keep you up right.
  • Hold for 30 seconds and repeat.
